How do I connect a social account?

Go to Connections, pick a platform, and approve the OAuth flow in a new tab. You'll be sent back to Pingwide once the network confirms.

Why did the OAuth window send me back to the sign-in page?

If you sign out in another tab during the flow your session is lost. Stay signed in, complete the connection, and the new window will close itself.

Can I connect more than one account per platform?

Each platform allows one connected account per Pingwide workspace today. Multi-account support is on the roadmap.

Why is one of my accounts marked 'expired'?

Networks rotate access tokens. Click Reconnect on the Connections page and re-approve access — your scheduled posts stay intact.

What happens to my scheduled posts if I disconnect a platform?

Pending posts for that platform are marked as failed with a clear reason. Other platforms in the same post continue as scheduled.

Can I tailor the caption per platform?

Yes. Write a base caption and then tweak it for each network — Pingwide shows a per-platform preview before you publish.

Do you validate my post against each network's rules?

Can I upload images and videos?

Yes. Upload JPG, PNG, WebP, MP4 or MOV. We store media in a private bucket and only deliver signed URLs to the network you publish to.

Yes. The composer ships with a lightweight sticker editor for emoji and text overlays on images.

Which AI models power the assistant?

Captions are generated with Anthropic's Claude. Images are generated with OpenAI's image model.

Each generated caption costs 1 credit; each image costs 5 credits. Credits reset monthly with your plan.

No. Your posts and media are never used to train third-party models.

On Lovable Cloud with row-level security so only your account can read or write your records. Media lives in a private bucket and is delivered via short-lived signed URLs.

Open the post in the Queue to see the platform's exact error. The most common causes are expired tokens, unsupported aspect ratios and oversized videos.

Why am I being asked to upgrade?

You've hit a plan limit (connected accounts, daily posts or AI credits). Upgrade or wait until the limit resets.

I don't see my newly connected account.

Click 'Full sync' on the Connections page. We auto-sync on focus and every 60 seconds, but a manual refresh is instant.
