1. Using Pingwide
You must be at least 16 years old and authorised to operate the social accounts you connect. You're responsible for the content you publish through Pingwide.
2. Acceptable use
No spam, no harassment, no illegal content, no platform-rule violations. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
3. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No refunds for partial months.
4. Platform availability
Publishing depends on the official APIs of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest and Bluesky. If a platform changes or disables their API, related features may change too.
5. Liability
Pingwide is provided 'as is'. We're not liable for losses caused by content you publish, third-party platform actions, or service outages, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email and in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
