Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of Pingwide. Please read them carefully.

1. Agreement

By creating a Pingwide account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Pingwide is a cross-posting workspace that publishes content to third-party social networks on your behalf using OAuth tokens you authorise. Functionality depends on each network's API and may change without notice.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use Pingwide. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at security@pingwide.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

  • You will comply with the terms of every social network you connect.
  • You will not publish content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, infringing, deceptive, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence.
  • You will not spam, automate engagement beyond official APIs, or attempt to bypass platform rate limits.
  • You will not reverse engineer, resell or sublicense Pingwide without our written consent.

5. Subscriptions, trial & billing

Paid plans (Essentials, Standard) include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, billing begins at the plan you selected on a monthly or yearly cadence. Prices exclude taxes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and is non-refundable for elapsed time.

6. Plan limits

Each plan ships with explicit limits on connected accounts, daily posts and AI credits, listed on the Pricing and Platform Rules pages. Exceeding a limit is enforced in real time. We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to circumvent these limits.

7. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you publish through Pingwide. You grant us a limited licence to store, transform and transmit that content for the sole purpose of delivering the service to you. You confirm that you have all rights necessary to publish the content you upload.

8. Third-party platforms

Pingwide is not affiliated with Meta, ByteDance, X Corp, Google, Microsoft, Pinterest or Bluesky. We act on your behalf via official APIs. We are not responsible for the availability, content moderation decisions, suspensions, or policy changes of any third-party network.

9. AI features

Captions and images can be generated using Anthropic and OpenAI models. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing. AI usage consumes credits as displayed in the composer.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or place an undue burden on our infrastructure. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard or by emailing support@pingwide.com.

11. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Pingwide is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Pingwide against any claims arising from your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or laws.

13. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
